In short-Scarlet middle name of your choice Ravencroft, she's 16, 6th year gryffindor, She's half veela, and blood purity is pointless to her. Wand is up to you, and her broom is called a "blitz-jaeger zwei", her dad has a small broom making operation going, it's there newest model and matches any of the big names in performance.

Personality wise, shes basically Raven, cept a little less crazy, and only a little. Good things to point out(they can be used above).
She knows her cousins don't have sex with each other, and even if they were she wouldn't care it's not her buisness. Her and Raven love to torture Rune, namely with their veela hotness and metamorphamagus ability. She and Raven have no qualms about crossing certain lines, (kissing/making out, some touching), but won't cross most lines that could actually be considered sex. They both don't mind playing up the "hot loving sisters" (if your familiar with the "ouran host club" anime, there kind of like the twins, but less dramatic and all.) Or working together to get someone in bed, they have similar tastes, especially in girls.

She and raven were home schooled, because of them being half veela and metamorphamagai. She most likely started flying at a young age as well.

That's pretty much it. She is defiantly a half veela and metamorphamagus, if you want she could be a telekinetic and telepath as well since they are almost like twins, or what ever else, but if it involves something like werewolf or vampire, ask so we can talk first. And she should be a chaser for gryffindor, depending on availability of slots.
