Draco is the same person as he has ever been. Cold, manipulative, and a complete asshole. But with growing up and becoming the person that he is now, he has also gained quite a lot of perspective. There is nothing he wants to do more than go back in time and try to erase what has happened. But since he can't, he is forced to live the life he was raised to live. Working in the ministry now, he has his own personal lifestyle, and he is slowly trying to get things back in order. That includes his loveless marriage and personal endeavors.

Well he is the head of her house, and probably a teacher of hers, so I think he would like her just fine, he seems to like most of his lions the way they are, mean or not.

So, I think if she didn't mind Dom, they could get along. Dominique just wants to be liked. She will bend over backwards to be liked sometimes, and she has siblings and cousins in Gryffindor so they have probably run into each other at least once or twice :]
