So here's the thing. Draco is married to Astoria Greengrass, technically. But being the guy that he is, has a sleeping around problem. The current plot is, he slept with Sutton Moore a few years ago and she is actually the mother of Scorpius. Sutton is still technically Scorpius's biological mother, but she has died because of reason. (Obviously I haven't thought that far yet xD). Astoria obviously knows, because she can't have children. On behalf of Lucius, they kept the origin of Scorpius a secret, so Astoria went along, playing like she was his mother. She goes on business trips a lot, so that gives Draco all the time he needs with his other woman. Though Sutton is the only one that he really spends time with.
It's kind of a love/hate relationship, and he wants to get a divorce because he can't stand being in a relationship that he's not happy in. I can see Astoria refusing divorce, if only to continue living in her dream world and causing problems. You know, the interesting stuff. THIS IS A VERY DIFFICULT ROLE TO PLAY AND I WOULD LIKE THE PERSON TO MATCH ME IN POSTS! Typically 500 - 800 words a post. The PB can be whoever you want. : )
