Hello. I'm Professor Neville Frank Longbottom, but just call me Professor Longbottom. I'm Fourty Two, I know, I'm getting on, but my daughter Violetta still keeps me young. I was born on the on the Thirtieth of July, Nineteen Eighty and began teaching at Hogwarts a few short years after my beautiful daughter was born, no doubt to keep an eye on her, but but don't tell her that! I, myself, graduated from Hogwarts, after the war was over of course. I fought along Harry Potter and faced the Dark Lord himself. I was in Gryffindor and I am a pure-blood family, not that it matters. My wand? Oh yes, I had this passed on to me by my father when I started Hogwarts. Really all that I have left of him after Bellatrix Lestrange got a hold of my parents, she paid her price when the time was right. Though a broom, never was a flyer, broke my wrist on the first lesson, taught me not to fly again though...

Matthew Lewis - Okay, so I've got the dark brown hair, often cut shorter than it needs to be with hazel eyes, unlike that daughter of mine. I keep a bit of stubble around my jaw, but I think it makes me look more intelligent and manly, don't you think? I stand around Six foot and around 186 pounds. I'm just a stocky sort of guy. I don't have a single tattoo, or piercing for that matter, but I have a few scars from the war, such as the one on my head and such.
Oh gosh? Fashion? I like to chuck on whatever I can find, but since my daughter will have any excuse for shopping, I tend to wear a pair of plain blue jeans, maybe just a polo top and a jacket of some sort, especially when i'm around Muggles, but I usually always wear my black school cloak, since I spend so much of my time there, I never really have time to dress up.

HOW ABOUT SOME OTHER NITPICKY THINGS?

Of course I do things that may annoy others and here is the list. I get sweaty palms when i'm nervous. I go fiddle with things that are around me when i'm bored and I eat when I'm bored. I know, bad habit.
My worst fear is snakes. I hate the slithering they do, and chopping the head of the Dark Lord's snake never served me better. I remember when I was at school at it had been Professor Snape, and maybe it still is... My best kept secret you say? Oh gosh, I'm not sure about that, though I know if I told you, it wouldn't be a secret now would it? Oh my favourite smells are spring time flowers and my wifes roast beef. Lastly it would be the smell of freshly grown plants. I'm married to Mrs Hannah Longbottom, previously named Abbott.
My patronus is a seal because of their innocence and intelligence, yet it can be dangerous. The memory I have that I will always cherish is when my mother lay in her bed, and she held her hand out to me, passing me a candy wrapper. I have kept that wrapper ever since because it is the first thing I have that I know she recognizes me as someone. It almost makes me cry each time i think of it.
I know my boggart used to be Professor Snape, but now takes the form of a snake, preferably a basilisk. The worst memory is when I was with my grandmother and we were in a field of long grass. Suddenly all I could see was snakes and they consumed us. My grandmother got us home safely, but every time I think of it, all I can feel is their smiley body all of me.

WHAT ABOUT YOUR OVERALL PERSONALITY?
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Professor Neville Longbottom, nice ring don't you agree? Well, here I am. My personality is a reflectuion of that of when I was a young first year, you see, I was shy, timid, forgetful and overall ill-suited to be a Gryffindor student. They were the home of the brave. As a forty year old, I am still shy, timid, forgetful and ill suited to be a Gryffindor, no matter the war. I can prove that I am brave but at times, I feel as if I am a squid, never amounting to what my parents were.[/b][/size][/blockquote]
I still feel that way, but with my wife Hannah and my daughter Violetta, I feel as if I were supposed to be in this world. I am after all, braver due to all the support of my friends and teachers when I was at school, but as I grew up and found my way through life, I know this is where I'm supposed to be...
When at school, I have never raised my voice nor told a student off, whether it were to be reasoning for out of bed after curfew, or just mucking around, but I'm not afraid to deduct points. I always have a smile on my face and I'm just an over all happy person...

Alice Longbottom, my deceased mother. She died in her bed at St Mungos without knowing she had a son.
Frank Longbottom, my deceased father. He died in his bed at St Mungos without knowing he had a son.
My grandmother, the one who raised me, died shortly after my graduation, thankfully, I had my girlfriends Hannah Abbott to support me. I have no siblings, but I do have relations with other famous pure-blooded families.
I married the woman of my dreams, Hannah Abbott, and she gave birth to my beautiful daughter Violetta. We decided to have no other children because Violetta was such a handful, but we love her more than anything.
I never got to find out my full history, but I cherish the memories I have.

Everytime I think about this, it sort of upsets me.
From a very young age, I remember being with my parents. I was born not long after their marriage to each other. I remember the night they were tortured. I was in the next room, hiding in the cupboard. I remember each sound, I remember my mother calling my name, calling out to tell me she loved me. I remember Bellatrix laugh, a cold and empty laugh. That was the same night my grandmother cam and got me, making sure everything would be okay. I remember visiting them at the hospital, never leaving their side, that is until I got my letter to hogwarts.
Between the time I heard my parents screams and the time I received my letter, I never really experienced a childhood filled with happy memories. My grandmother cared for me, and I also know she thought of me to be a squib because I never showed any magical abilities, but she believed in me when my uncle 'accidentally' threw me out the window and I bounced.
Of course when I started my schooling journey, I started to gain some bravery and wisdom, even when I stood up to the trio because they kept getting caught and deducting house points, even though Hermione stunned me, but i can stand up to people.
It wasn't that far along the line when I started to become more involved in what was happening around the school, and when it came time, I stood up and took charge, leading the DA club when Harry and the others went off on their own secret mission. I stood up to the Dark Lord and I will always stand up for what i believe in.
After my years at Hogwarts, I finally gained the courage to ask Hannah out on a date, and from there, things started to progress. We dated and soon, we married. Of course we had every one there, even my grandmother before she passed. It was the happiest day of my life, until a year into out marriage and our beautiful baby daughter was born. She was mine, and I knew I was going to be one hell of a dad. Ofcourse, I was nervous, I kept shaking and sometimes Hannah wouldn't let me hold her in fear that I would drop herb because of my nerves, but as we grew on, I fell in love with them both each day of each week of each month of each year. And to this day, I love them both more than anyone could love something.

My name is Monica and I am a female. I'm eighteen and I've been roleplaying for years at various sites. I found you guys by accident actually, well, the sister site anyway and I felt I wanted to be apart of this site, so Jazzie asked if anyone would be interested and of course, I said yes. I have Bellatrix Black on the other site, as a seventh year Slytherin. How Ironic huh? The password is(ADMIN EDIT).
This is of Bella from the previous site, which I hope you don't mind, If you do though, I am willing to re-do as Neville.
"Bellatrix yawned, her arms reaching high above her crazy hair. She smiled and giggled. She always felt like this in the mornings. Everything just seemed brighter to her in the mornings than the evenings. She didn't like the evenings that much, but it didn't put her off from doing things she wanted. She lifted herself out of bed and sighed, her hair was such a mess, but it wasn't something she couldn't fix. She pulled her hair back and tied it into a bun, heading to the bathroom. It was a Saturday and she didn't have a whole lot to do in the castle, so instead, she decided to go to Hogsmeade. It wasn't running today, but she decided to go anyway, after all, the one eyed witch was the best route through Honeydukes. She wondered if the owners ever knew it was a passage to Hogwarts, or vice versa.
As she came out, she felt refreshed, and her hair wasn't as crazy as before. She put on her clothes, did her hair and make-up, and made her way up the stairs towards the witches statue. 'Such an ugly statue', she thought.
She carefully looked around just in case anyone was looking, and moved the statue, revealing the staircase. As she climbed down she hummed. She was just in such a good mood, what could possibly ruin it? She wondered what to do. She had enough money on her for a few new outfits, a few treats and even something to drink at the Hogs Head. She didn't like the Three Broomsticks, it was way to infested for her liking.
Bella entered Hogsmeade and smiled,. It never ceased to amaze her at how much they could fit into a small little town. She started to skip towards the Hogs Head, the cool air hitting her pale face, allowing her red rosy cheeks to illuminate against the browns and greens which were November. She loved the colors of Autumn. They were just so earthy and alive, even if they were dying.
Bella pushed open the old and creaky door to the Hogs head, peeking her dark eyes inside. She had a black cloak on, so she pulled the hood over her head and entered, making sure she kept her face down. This was of course the place where nobody wanted any body to know who they really are. 'Just a secretive community', she thought.
She took her place at the bar and ordered a butter beer. No fire-whiskey this early in the morning. She paid the owner, who looked young, but ruggard and sat down at a small table the allowed her to watched directly, who came into the door, just in case a Professor entered. She'd heard they had been sited around here a lot recently.
As she started to drink her butterbeer, she watched as many people entered, and left the little Inn before she herself decided to leave. She wasn't in any hurry to get back school so she didn't care how long it took her to get out of this place. She picked up her empty glass and headed back to the ba. She smiled and placed the glass back on the counter, turning around and seemingly hitting something hard, yet soft. She shook her head and looked up at the culprit. A look of horror and disgust was etched on her features, and it still made her look beautiful. She noticed it was a woman, and she looked as if she had recently had a hard life. Bella felt sorry for her, but it was soon erased with one more, a look of pure disgust. Who dare put their self in a Black family path. Everyone should be getting out of the way of her. She clasped her wand in one hand and snarled at the woman.
"Watch it! Her voice was low and it almost came out as a growl. She wondered if the woman knew that Bellatrix Black's bite, was worse than her growl."
