Samantha laughed and gave his cheek a kiss. “I suppose you’re right." She knew she was never the best when it came to being all sexy. That was pretty much her area of expertise. He was adorable when he tried and she always made up for it. He didn’t actually suck in bed, he was just bad at trying to make the moves beforehand. She didn’t blame him. When you were a natural goof, it was just how you were. That was what attracted her to him anyway. She had always had a thing for the nerd in school. She never knew why. She had dated a couple quidditch players, but she preferred the nerds. She knew all the other guys were confused and jealous, but Sam didn’t care. She was always happy with them. Just because she was pretty, didn’t mean that she was full of herself. She never did that.

Sam laughed again. “If it’s the wizarding zoo, I’m sure that they’ll have a dragon. If not, we’ll figure something out to go see one, okay?” She smiled and rubbed his arm and shook her head. He was so goofy about things sometimes, it was cute. She was glad that she was with him. She knew that some girls would always date the bad boys and try and change them to how they want them. But Sam didn’t have to do that. Teddy was the way that she liked and there was nothing that she had to change. She liked him just the way he was. “Llamas could be interesting to see as well,” she replied. She had never been to a muggle zoo, but she knew some of the animals there were really interesting to see. She was so used to the uniqueness of the ones in the wizarding world, that seeing muggle ones would be quite the adventure.

She gave him a small smile and shook her head slightly. “It may be that simple, but I wouldn’t want to do that to you, Teddy. I mean…if you really want it, but…I don’t know.” When he spoke about Lupins not living long, he was right. His paternal grandparents were dead, his parents were dead. Maybe she would turn him. Then he wouldn’t die on her like all the others. She couldn’t bear to think of him passing. That was the worst possible thing that could happen. She ran her fingers through her hair. She knew there was nothing she could do about it, but still. She felt bad that he couldn’t know his family.

She smiled at him. “I can’t wait,” she said, simply. She knew that all of them were family to him and meeting them would probably mean a lot to him. Of course, he hadn’t met any of her family, but he would eventually. She was in no rush for him to meet them. Besides, Jeremy was in his class. So at least he knew her brother. After she told him that she couldn’t have kids, she had sat and waited for him to say something. She was generally upset about it. It was a precious thing to go through, painful but precious nonetheless, and she wanted to with him, but she couldn’t.

She looked at him with slightly worried eyes as he spoke, only to have them lighten up with a smile that formed. At least he wasn’t upset about it. She hopped onto his lap excitedly and wrapped her arms around him as she pressed his lips to his. “I thought you might be upset about it,” she admitted, after pulling out of the kiss. “But I’m just glad I finally told you everything. I hated you not knowing.” She smiled at him and nuzzled her nose against his cheek as she rested against him.
