Welcome to the Discworld! The only world which floats through space on the backs of four elephants, standing on the back of a giant turtle. The world with its own laws, ruled by magic, power of story and belief that such a world could possibly exist.
This is the world where the difference between heroes and villains merely lies in the perspective of the viewer. The world where different species live together in peace and harmo... well, live together. The world where nothing is as it should be.
Will you be a man in the City Watch, because the City Watch really needs men? No? Well, you can be an assassin, a thief, a witch, a politician, a vampire, a werewolf, a wizard (perhaps even a wizzard?)... you can be anything you want, because this is the Discworld.
