Miss Milena here happens to be a canon and I would love for her family to join in. After all, they are the only ones she really talks to and it would be interesting to play out their relationships. So here they are :] I've explained a little bit about each one to give a general idea, but they are very open otherwise. I'm more interested in seeing someone else's interpretation rather than my own!
Father: Fyodor -- Ivanova
Fyodor disappeared when Milena was only six and he hasn't been heard from since. Rumors are that his disappearance was linked to his past as a Death Eater, but nothing has been confirmed. Milena and her father were very close so his absence has left her bitter and full of hate. Whether his leaving was voluntary or forced (and the reason behind it) is completely open.

Mother: Anya -- Liubov
Anya is the youngest daughter of a wealthy Bulgarian family and her family still supplements her income. She comes from a family of Death Eaters, but she was never one herself. Anya is kind, forgiving, and rather naive. Milena cares for her, but finds her to be weak.

Brother: -- -- Ivanova
The only boy of the family is just a year below Milena. He was sorted into Hufflepuff and Milena finds that to be inexcusable. Naturally, she does not get along with him. His personality is completely open, but he is quite the opposite of Milena.

Oldest Sister: -- -- Ivanova
Just a year below her brother, Milena's oldest sister was sorted in Slytherin. Out of everyone in the family, Milena and her get along the most.
Possible Play-by: Victoria Justice or Lucy Hale*, Sofia Black-D'Elia
Youngest Sister: -- -- Ivanova
Milena's youngest sibling was sorted in Ravenclaw and fits that House perfectly. They have a relationship, but they are not really close. She is extremely intelligent and opinionated.
